An experienced designer, Nicola has spent her career working within design agencies, designing and building websites for a wide range of British and international clients. Once part of the lovely team at Mark Boulton Design, she now works in the Branding department at Monotype, a company known for commissioning some of the most important typefaces of the twentieth century.
She is a qualified teacher and enjoyed a short time teaching graphic design to foundation and first year students at the University of Glamorgan.
While keeping up with the web design industry keeps her busy, she also enjoys practicing calligraphy and hand lettering, hoping to develop her skills by constant experimentation.
As a professional ‘obsessor of things’ she enjoys practicing yoga, working through her ever-increasing reading list, watching movies and keeping up with way too many television shows.
She is generally uncomfortable talking about herself, especially in the third person.
